When our browser is logged into your VP Online workspace, we can create a Workspace Session under Annotation -> Manage Session.

Name the session to fit our needs, then click Create new session. Our annotation will then be saved into our workspace for our teammates who also logged in to the workspace.

When they read the flipbook, switch to the session we create and they can then load our annotation from it. Our teammates can also add new annotation, and save it back to the flipbook.

How to Use Annotations Effectively in Your Flipbook

Annotations can significantly enhance your flipbook by providing additional context and guiding readers through important points. To use annotations effectively, follow these guidelines:

  • Be Selective with Annotations: Focus on highlighting key information or offering insights that add value to the reader’s experience. Avoid overloading the flipbook with excessive notes, as this can clutter the page and detract from the main content.
  • Keep Annotations Concise: Use brief, clear annotations that convey the essential information without overwhelming the reader. Ensure that each annotation is relevant to the surrounding content and easy to understand at a glance.
  • Prioritize Visibility: Place annotations in a way that they are noticeable but not intrusive. Ensure that they stand out without interfering with the readability of the main content.
  • Use Consistent Styles: Apply a consistent style for annotations throughout your flipbook to maintain a cohesive look. This helps readers easily recognize and interpret annotations without confusion.
