First you’ll want to define the rule of 6Ws.
Who – Who is the audience?
What – What is the main purpose of the poster?
Where – Where is this taking place?
When – What date or time will this take place?
Why – The purpose of showing this poster
Once the basic principals are defined it should allow you to broadcast your information loud and clear. Your poster should attract anyone who walks by and communicate the correct information to them.
