Select PDF

Firstly, After login into your Visual Paradigm Online, you will arrive at your workspace in VP Online. You can now go to Dashboard and select Apps-PDF. Then, you can click on the PDF button to import your PDF from your device.

Select protect PDF

Then, you can click on the tools button, and a list of functions related to PDF will appear. You can then select protect PDF to protect the PDF with a password in VP Online.

Choose your PDF file

Then, you can click on the choose file button for uploading your PDF file. Your device window will automatically appear and you can now select your PDF file on your device. You can also just drag and drop your PDF file to the workplace. It is fast and easy for uploading your file.

Specify the password

Then, you can now add your own password in the below blank. You have to fill in the password twice under “Password” blank and “Confirm Password” blank. It helps to ensure your password for the PDF is correct. After filling in the password. You can then click on protect button for confirmation of adding the password.

Rename your PDF file

After adding the password for the uploaded PDF, you are allowed to change the name of the protected PDF. Finally, you can download the protected PDF in Visual Paradigm Online. And after downloading the protected PDF, you can click to open to PDF. Now, the password is needed when you wish the read the content of the PDF.
